Broad Selection - MRI manufactures over 300 different gaskets in 9 different materials, covering the product lines of most major Plate Heat Exchanger Manufacturers in India like Alfa Laval, GEA, Kelvion, APV, Hisaka, Transter, L&T, Dping Fischer, Praj, Reheat, Swep, Indswep, Rifox, Star. We produce gaskets for both Industrial use and Food Grade application mainly in NBR, EPDM & VITON.

We make high performance PHE gaskets for Plate type Heat Exchangers of most companies including Alfa Laval, GEA, Kelvion, APV, Hisaka, Transter, L&T, Dping Fischer, Praj, Reheat, Swep, Indswep, Rifox, Star. Those models not already under developed range, can be developed with a short span of time on request.

 

The right selection of material (MOC) for PHE gasket as per the required working Parameters and its correct designed configuration plays a vital role for smooth and successful running of a PHE.

 

 

Physical properties: We make PHE Rubber Gaskets for temperature resistant from -72°C to high temp. resistant for 110°C, 125°C, 150°C, 200°C, 250°C, Long term sealability, Low compression set and permanent set, Resistant to Gases, Sea Water, Oil (Edible and Non-Edible), steam etc., Resistant to impact shocks, vibration, Radiation, Corona, Ozone, Infra-red, Ultra-violet Rays.

 

Chemical properties: We manufacture rubber Gaskets that withstand destructive effects of a wide variety of the organic & inorganic fluids.
